Hello I am newly diagnosed with IBS with C and have bought heather's books and have been on the IBS diet for 3 days now. I have basically been eating rice, mushrooms, white bread, fish, ---nothing fried. and I actually seem to be in more pain. Before starting the diet I would get painfully bloated but every few days it would relax and be 'normal', now that I've started the diet however, I am very very bloated, painfully so, and it just doesn't seem to be helping! any suggestions? I am desperate to be one of the success stories on this board and in the book!! ) thank you all for any advice!!
