I sympathize completely!

Ginger and peppermint are both good for stomach pain, settling the stomach, overeating, etc. If you have those teas, that helps. If you have those essential oils, even better. Before I knew I had IBS-D, I used to use one drop of each oil, mixed with a tiny bit of honey or stevia, in hot water.

Also, don't forget things like a hot wrap or heating pad around your tummy. That can often help a lot.
