Like take one cap and see how it does? I know everyone is different but that is what helps me. The only thing to consider is if it is something you ate, the immodium might make things worse until your system is completely cleaned out. That's what I was told once by my doctor. Try to relax, hot baths, heating pad and when you do start to eat take it slow. (Bread, rice, apple sauce, and toast) Good luck and feel better soon. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
