Tonight as I was making dinner for my husband and son, I started feeling kinda funny. Well, I was puzzled, because the only thing I had eaten/drank since I had gotten home was a peppermint candy, my Accacia & a peppermint cap and water. I decided to eat a rice cake and have a cup of peppermint tea to see if that would settle my tummy. I ate 1/2 of the rice cake & realized that I was on my way to a full IBS attack, I immediately took two Equalactin with water & finished my tea. I just took two more Equalactin & my Ledvid and am on my heating pad. I do not know what I did wrong. I am up to a full tablespoon of Accacia that I take before lunch and dinner. I have been at that dose for about a week and haven't had any problems. Any thoughts? I appreciate everyone on these boards.
