recently diagnosed       06/17/04 08:28 AM Edit Reply Quote twns Reged: 06/16/04 Posts: 32 I am 22 and have recently been diagnosed with IBS although, I have had stomach problems since I was a little kid. I just started following this diet and taking citrucel pills. I know that I am supposed to gradually increase the dosage, but what exactly does that mean.
