Hi all, I've been reading all of the posts since I've been gone and apologize for posting a trivial question in light of the other things going on. I got my order of peppermint and fennel tea from Heather several days ago. I was amazed at the size of the bags! WOW! I haven't used them yet, because I am afraid to open them until I know what to do to store the rest of the bag! Please advise, because I really want to try this stuff and am afraid if I just fold the bags over, they will lose potency in the humid summer atmosphere. What do you all do?
