I too suffer from panic attacks and anxiety but have never heard of dramaine used for that. I take dramaine for motion sickness. I use the less drowsy ones and they work fine and dont leave you disoriented. Now this may sound really strange, but I cant even go into a supermarket w/o getting confused and diroriented. I guess going around the aisles in cirlce triggers the motion sickness. But I will give the dramaine a try. I have been following the diet for about a month now and I have seemed to have lost some weight, but as anyone suffered from the tiredness of the diet. I attribute it to the fact that I dont eat much meat protein. Does anyone else feel being tired all the time? Sorry this was so long. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
