Ok, good to know. It really stinks, though, because brocolli was (and still kinda is) one of my favorite veggies and now its off limits Doing without red meat and fast food is somehow more tolerable than giving that up. Bev's warned me before, but it used to be fine-even when my IBS first started. Then suddenly my body just wont tolerate it anymore.
Maybe Michael's CDs will help me get my broc back someday!
