Thanks for chiming in. It is so comforting to hope that there's something I can do to improve my situation. Please tell me I can make a positive difference here! I really haven't had much insoluble fiber.......I was in so much pain, I just went into safe mode and stayed there menu wise. Now, I have no abdominal pain. I'm sure I need to reintroduce some insolubles. How much? At what rate? Any suggestions? I found that I had an ovarian adhesion, cyst, uterine fibroid, and polyp, and endometriosis. I had surgery and all but about 15% of the endo is gone. I have been feeling much better in terms of pain. I sure would like the functioning to improve too. Do you feel good and function relatively well most of the time?
