I have been following Heather's diet and had good results for some time. I take Acacia before all my meals and start with soluble fiber. However, this past two weeks I have had absolutely disgusting and miserable miseries! I have one good bowel movement a day and then the rest of the day I have these rabbit pellets. I have this feeling of incomplete evacuation all day and all night. It is really difficult to deal with all this and very difficult to leave the house! Would everyone please jump in with advice and ideas. I really could use some help and encouraging words......This is certainly a difficult topic to discuss. I consider this board a Godsend.
