I hate to say this, but I'm glad I'm not alone with the bloating and having my belly look like I'm 4 months pregnant! I did a little digging and found that there is a medical difference between bloating and distention. Bloating is just feeling larger than normal, but distention is when the belly is actually larger than normal. I haven't found anything that works for distention except doing some yoga (light workout) and relaxing.
