I don't know what I ate but had an intense attack this weekend. The worst bloating and pain I have ever had. I have been doing pretty well on the diet as far as pain, still not have a bm though, so am stumped..this is what I ate this weekend. Friday, cream of rice cereal, soy milk, sourdough bread,grilled chicken sandwich, Applebee's for dinner and I ordered grilled shrimp and rice which had some small cut up vegiesin it(I think this may have been the culprit??)Saturday,rice, applesauce, chicken, baked(from Walmart). I baked the angel food cake with a can of pinneaple added and had 2 pieces, noodles in chicken broth, fat free potato chips. Any help would be appreciated. My stomach is still sore today, especially on the right side but the bloating is gone.
