I added all info needed ) I wanted to let you know Heather how much your books meant to me when I got them. I have been struggling for years doing a technical support job. I would go to the bathroom frequently. I am hoping that the books I got will help me. I had high blood sugar, around 123 at my last fasting and they checked me a few weeks ago and I came in at 77 leveled out after cutting out all artificial sweeteners and carbonated drinks. I still get the attacks, garlic and spinach set me off this month
