Long Road....       04/24/03 12:07 PM Edit Reply Quote KyAngel Reged: 04/24/03 Posts: 49 Loc: Pikeville, Kentucky I was told in 2000 that I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is something that has been plaguing me for quite some time. I have cut out all sugar from my diet, quit drinking all soda, and refuse to eat chocolate. I have lost about 35 or 36 pounds and it has helped me quite a bit. My attacks come on randomly and it really is hard on my job. I do not have whole food stores that are near me, all we have here is Walmart, Food City and that is just about it. Where can I go to get the foods that are so important?
