so confused!       05/16/04 08:12 PM Edit Reply Quote Beth Reged: 02/17/03 Posts: 46 Loc: San Diego, CA Okay, now I've just lost my mind, lol. I had just purchased FiberChoice when I posted this and so have only taken the one dose. I didn't seem to have any major attack of gas or bloating, but then again, I'm suffering a 2 week ongoing battle with intestinal pain after an IBS attack so I'm not sure I'd notice "worse" if it smacked me upside the head with a 2x4! I just ordered acacia, along with the pepermint capsules (been meaning to buy those for like a year now!) so hopefully that will help. I will keep the fiberchoice around as a back up and I think I will stick with my citrucel caplets until the acacia gets here. *sigh* my insides hurt... -------------------- Food for thought: the only kind I can digest.
