What triggered it?       05/11/04 02:38 PM Edit Reply Quote drz7 Reged: 05/04/04 Posts: 12 Since I started this diet,I've been doing pretty good.Sunday,I went to a friends' house for dinner. I had grilled chicken on the grill,fried potatoes and applesauce. After dinner I had an attack of IBS. I don't know what triggered it. Could it had been the barbecue sauce on the chicken? Or maybe the shorten used for frying the potatoes,although she didn't use much and they weren't greasy. anyone have any thoughts. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
