I was thinking that there's grains in bread, rice etc. I know the diet and everything can be really overwhelming - I'm in my second month (I think!) and I'm still trying to figure it all out! I found it helpful to jot things down in a teeny weeny notebook while I'm checking out the BB's. I take my teeny weeny notebook to the grocery store with me so I can shop from that rather than trying to remember everthing!
