Sounds good, Laura Sue.
My recipe uses homemade chicken stock and a bit of sherry (with the alcohol boiled off) I also used to add some of the cooked chicken, plenty of sliced mushrooms and peas, and leeks are also good. I do use parmesan when I'm doing okay- but with a good chicken stock base it isn't really necessary. Now I'm off mushrooms for a while though! Ann in Brighton UK
