just bought the book this week, wonderful read, very informative, one question though about fiber supplements that i can seem to find info for on the page. i have been reading about how flax fiber supplements is better then supplements containing psyllium (metamucil). the reason being flax contains equual parts soluble and insoluble fiber whereas meta is primarily insoluble. but on meta's package, it says each spoonful contains 2.4 grams soluble fiber. is flax better, easier to handle then meta? if so, any flax based fiber supplement reccomenedations? ty ahead of time, great site
