Hi! I hate tea, too. I tried drinking peppermint tea, but it just made me nauseous. All tea is gross to me. I know this sounds horrible, but I still drink coffee ( I know, I know..so shoot me )...NO, seriously, my mom and I both have IBS, and coffee really, really HELPS us go to the bathroom. It gives me the "urge." I think coffee is bad for the D people because it just aggravates the D even more, but it almost helps the C people. Sorry if this makes anyone mad..but I'm still going to drink coffee..it seriously doesn't bother my stomach. (I only drink a little).
