Reged: 03/26/04 Posts: 60 Hi all, I've been trying to follow Heather's diet recommendations from the book and have started on soluble fiber. I was wondering if any of you got a different story from a gastro Dr; mine says that diet doesn't matter (which I don't agree with), you need to be on medication and use caution taking the soluble fiber w/D.
