Wendy - My gas has subsided MOST of the time, but not completely, like last night. I thought I was going to levitate off the loveseat!
Anyway, this kinda sounds like the problem I HAD--my gas always started right after dinner. At this time (before the IBS boards were up), Heather and I were regularly emailing back and forth trying to figure out what it could be. She asked me what I took with my evening meal and I told her the only thing different was the pills I took. Everything was the same except for 500 mg of vit c. She told me to stop taking it at night and a few days later, Gas Free! Now I get gas if I eat any fatty foods, like gravies that I haven't cooked, or beef or rich desserts (yummm)!
So, bearing that in mind, what do you do differently at lunch that you don't do at breakfast and dinner? Drinks, meds, supplements, etc.
Let's see if we can get you relatively gas free, if possible. If you and I can't figure anything out, Heather's the expert. Let's hope she chimes in. For that matter, does anyone else have any suggestions???
