Hi all,
As you probably know by now, I have IBS w/D. I've had a colonoscopy, which was fine, but it does wax and wane (I see no rhyme or reason), except that it was bad like this at this time last year, as well.
My problem is that I'm thin as it is, and as soon as it starts up (which can be for several mos), I lose 4-5 lbs. I eat a lot less then, and of course, non-fattening foods. When it subsides, I can put it back, though it takes awhile.
I'm now trying to follow Heather's book and have started the soluble fiber; I hope this diet doesn't cause me to lose weight.
Does anyone else have this problem?
