There are a bunch of gluten free foods you can get at a health food store or even online (just type in gluten free or celiac into a search and a million will come up). A lot of the foods are made with rice or corn and there is even one site that you can check off all your allergies (soy, wheat, corn, dairy, etc...) before it searches for its food products. There is even a gluten free flour I know you can buy for baking. There are plenty of sweet cereals, cookies, etc...
