I find that Metamucil gives me a very bloated stomach, and sometimes regurges. I don't seem able to take much of anything. Have you tried the new Benefiber, which dissolves instantly and is tasteless? Perhaps it isn't available in Canada as yet. We were transferred to Texas (job). Been here for three years, and miss the island terribly. My IBS has become worse since I've been here because I have never felt at home in this environment.
