I have looked over the diet guidelines and I am also currently taking some chinese herbs given to me from my acupuncturist as well as acidophilus supplements. The thing is, when I was little my doctors thought I had celiac disease, but it was never diagnosed. The symptoms went away for years, but now they are back. So now I am off of any gluten, soy, and as of today, dairy. Its so hard for me though because I am away at college and I don't know what they put in the food, and there is only so much I can buy. I do have rice and corn cereal, fruits, veggies, rice crackers, rice, turkey, almond butter, etc... Is the almond butter ok to have? What about the turkey? Can I eat that before the non soluble foods and be ok? I eat so healthy but I have to admit, I LOVE fruit and I definetely eat a lot of it. Can I peel the apple and then eat the peel after I eat the white part? I don't understand why my stomach is acting the way it is - I don't have any coffee, soda, refined foods, etc... I drink peppermint tea all day long. I don't know what else to do so please, anyone with suggestions let me know.
