Hi everyone,

Last night I went in to have some blood tests...the pain was so unbearable for me that my hubby talked me into going to the doctor. My blood tests came back normal and so he is sending me for a gallbladder test this morning. I'll let you all know what that result is. I have D. I get up this morning and totally lost it..if you know what I mean. Is this happening to anyone else? What do you do to control the D...I'm afraid to go to school now.

Also went I went in...my blood pressure what a bit high 158/86. So they did an EKG and my heart rythm was off. So now they are sending me for a stress test. Hmm, don't know how I'm going to make it to that with this D.

I did get the book yesterday and I'm going to start hard and heavy on the diet today.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
