Hi,
Probably the best supplement for calcium is 'Bone-up' by Jarrow. It is the type of calcium that is important here. If you are not drinking milk or not ingesting food items that are full of calcium, you can come up short on getting enough calcium. The calcium in this formula is from Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite and this is the only kind that will keep one from suffering bone loss. Calcium also regulates other functions in the body. If you are young, most people don't think about this, but if your are older, you should consider this. Bone loss and the debilitating results in later life can be quite devastating including losing inches from your height and dowergers hump (you see old people with that wierd lump on their upper back), and breaking bones. They are online at www.jarrow.com. if you cant find this brand at your health food store.
