Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Well everythig happens for a reason??

Well today I found out my new employee suffers from IBS.
She has been employed for about a 1 1/2 months. She does not know I suffer from it as well,nor do any of my employees.
She's been coming in the last few days telling me it's acting up and she doesn't want to go to the DR. because the pills she has had before make her sleepy. Well my position as the boss I can't tell her try this or that, because of legal issues, But I swear I would help people who paths crossed mine, to tell them how to get control of there lives again. So I'm taking a big step and printed out Heather's mail on order forms and printed the info for the first year IBS book info. I going to say a friend gave this info to me and I want to share it with you. Hopefully she'll read it and maybe visit your website. She a young woman with 3 children and has suffered off and on for over three years. I know if she joins the board she'll know about me, but as long as I don't preach it to her at work and get involved that way, everything will be fine. Well all I have to say is she doesn't know that she's got a good boss yet, that knows first hand how it feels. The first time she calls in or goes home, I'll be understanding and keep her from feeling bad for leaving. The best thing this web has done for me is helped me so tremendously to help myself and let me know how it feels to work for someone else and have to deal with this too. Thank you all for listening and maybe making your day knowing that even before I had IBS I was a great boss and now I'm a excellent boss for my employees all 18..because of all of you.
