I'll try to be brief. Hi my name is Trish Onorato. I'm 39 live in Spanaway, WA. Originally from the Buffalo NY area. I've been having these weird pains in my side since my early 20's. The pain is on the whole right side of my abdomin...goes up just under the ribs and down as far as the appendix. Sometimes I swear I'm having an appendicitis attack. It's severe pain, just about knocks me down, with all the other symptoms that you know about. Anyway, about two months ago I totally switched my diet to eat heart healthy with my husband who has a bad heart. Man did my symptom's ever flare up. I don't even like to go outta the house. I was eating everything this website said NOT to eat. And...the kicker is...we started to buy starbucks coffee home to grind ourselve's. I was eating totally whole grain everything...cheese's, nuts to snack on, started eating cereal again...all bad from what I can tell.
I read this site and my eye's just about bugged out of my head. I have never felt this bad in all my years of this side pain. Another kicker, tylenol and motrin totally make me feel worse. So, I'm here desperately looking for help. I ordered a lot of stuff from this site...I think it can help. Any tips, tricks, or advice is totally appreciated by me. There is more to the story of what doc's did to me..but don't want this to get to long.
