They are very relaxing and comforting. Sometimes I fall asleep while listening to them, but Michael says that's OK. He walks you through some visualizations in the tapes.....very gentle and peaceful. I am not an "auditory learner" yet I look forward to my half an hour a day with Michael. Sometimes I listen to them again before I go to bed. It is still too early to evaluate the tapes' effects on my IBS, but I have already found that I'm not quite as panic-y about getting an attack after I've eaten a questionable food. And, I'm not holding so tightly onto my IBS; I'm finding that I'm more able to "let it go" than I was before. $90 is a lot of money for me, too. What I did was sell some of my books and tapes on ebay (made $230!) which more than cover the cost. Hope that helps and best to you, janet Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
