Hello!!
I was feeling so great for a couple of weeks and then: BAM!!! This morning, I got sick again!!!! It wasn't that bad a crisis but it was quite discouraging since I was thinking my worries were probably over!!! Yeah right!!!! Anyways, as all of you, when it doesn't go too well, I tried to put my finger on what I could have eaten to feel sick this morning. Last night, I baked a cake with mangoes in it and I also put baking soda in it too.Last summer, I ate mangoes once or twice and didn't feel too well the next day. But since everything made me sick last summer (only a few weeks after I was diagnosed) I thought they were probably gonna be okay. I even saw on the board that they were one of the safest... (Maybe not for me??) And since I always use baking powder in my recipes (except from last night, when I used baking soda) I thought it could be that too... Everything else I ate yesterday was totally safe, except maybe from half an avocado (which I was eating for the first time since last summer as well)...
