It's been so long since I felt normal I've forgoten what it feels like, I mean I'm constipated all the time. It seems like some people just have IBS attacks but that isn't the case with me. I feel crummy all the time. I have a can of psyllium at home that I tried but it didn't seem to help. Then I read somewhere on here that psyllium isn't always a good thing to take? Then I thought that maybe I have a wheat allergy, now I'm not so sure. I'm sooooo confused. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
