No, if you go to King Arthur Flour website which is different from the baker's catalogue site, they have a whole section on baking tips and list a 10 page description on making hearth bread with their flour. It was delicious! We ate a whole loaf before it had cooled. It didn't shape them right, they looked like 2 hams instead of loaves, but they tasted good. I think I'll have to call the company on tips for shaping. It was soooo yummy, and totally IBS friendly. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
