hope that helps! Oh by the way.. if you're ever here, make sure to take a tour in the Celestial Seasonings factory. It's sooooo cool!!! Esp. when they open up the door of the area where they store all their mint... really really nice! And sometimes when I'm out for a bike ride, and they're packaging mint tea or something with spices (cardammom, cinnamon), I can smell it! I have not tried their tummy tea, but I do drink their minttea a lot, and really really like it! For fennel, I usually just buy the fennel seeds, crush 'em a little and then make tea with that.
