Also, if the power goes off or it gets accidentally unplugged, it just starts all over. I haven't decided if I will get another one or not, but the one in the catalog supposedly makes better bread than homemade. Hey, did you ever get an answer to your other pizza options question? I thought of you tonight when I bought some little pizza crusts, made some homemade sauce, put some portabellos and soy cheese on, and baked for 10 minutes. Really easy!
