help! the bloating wont go away       02/04/04 02:36 PM Edit Reply Quote elixirvixendee Reged: 02/04/04 Posts: 5 I had a terrible ibs attack (bloating, constipation) on sunday. since then i have been eating almost solely soluble fiber meals, exercising, taking fibercon, and drinking lots of water and two cups of fennel tea a day, but im still bloated and gasy does anyone have any suggestions of what i should do?
