Sorry, I can't help with the soy cheese, as I haven't tried it yet. But I was born and raised a vegetarian, so I can help with some meatless burgers. I love Morning Star Farms Grillers. They have breakfast sausage patties and links, and bacon strips that are awesome, too. If you have a health food store close by, or an Adventist Book Store, there are many more you can choose from. I don't care much for Boca Burgers, but Boca makes a "Riblet" that is awesome on the grill! I also like Garden Burgers, but they do have big chunks of veggies that some don't care for. They are all well cooked.
