i've been doing the "diet" for a long time and I am better than before but still never consistent. A few days ago I posted how every day towards the end it seems I get constipated. I dont' know what to do I'm going very angry. I took probiiotics and they seemsed to help, I had 2 really great weeks but now it doesn't seem to do anything. that seems to be the pattern. Try something it helps then stops. So I was looking at the book again and I feel I do all of that! I drink LOTS of tea, exercise, acacia, soluble fiber, try to get insoluble and much as possible giving the circumstances and still I'm doomed. what am I doing wrong? Please any suggestions. Heather, should I start all over? in your book you say you snack all day, I don't go more than 3 hours with out food (sometimes two) I'm lost. I just feel gross. If my symptoms are at night (although I can sort of feel them building up all day esp. after lunch) what might be the culprit? Thanks, this board is a tremendous help! I know, life could be much worse!
