I don't get migraines all the time but when the weather changes, proabably due to the pressure changes or something, i seem to get them. For migraines i take tylenol 3, i know there is codein in it which can be constipating but as i'm IBS-D i didn't seem to bother me much and i don't take it that often. If i feel a headache coming on i'll eat some soluble fibre then take an extra strength tylenol, if i don't have then i'll take an advil. Hope you find something that works for you!
