1. I read Luna Bars were safe but I then read they have a lot of insoluble fibre.
I can see so many varieties on their site. Which ones in particular are considered safe? I am dying without chocolate bars and it is really hard. In Australia we can get them at specIALTY STORES at times but not always.

2..Also, is there a recipe for a "safe" chocolate bar? I am so addicted to chocolate it is not even funny. I crave it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I want it so badly right now I am sorry, I know it is a first world problem, but I could honestly cry I want it so badly.

3. Is Tofutti better than cream cheese and better than sour cream really safe?
Would it be ok to make a "Safe" chocolate cake from the recipe index and then make an icing with cacao powder, icing sugar and tofutti better than cream cheese?

4. Is plain organic cacao powder safe? For example, as a smoothie I like to have banana, oat milk, oats, a dash of pure maple syrup and a tablespoon of cacao. I heard it has amazing nutrients in there.

5. Is natural sugar cane sugar ok? Thanks
