So gassy all of a sudden it seems!       02/23/13 04:52 PM Edit Reply Quote Sandyg Reged: 09/13/04 Posts: 403 I am IBSD controlled with diet and Lotronex. I have had a "normal" amount of gas but lately no matter what I eat, I am gassy! And it's not the kind of gas I can even hold in. It's embarassingly stinky gas. I have been fighting a cold for a few weeks and it seems worse during this time. I'm hoping this is temporary as it really is causing trouble. I am wondering if taking peppermint capsules before I eat might help? A stronger probiotic perhaps? Anyone experience an onset of gas when you've been stable? Thanks!
