Personally, I don't take any fiber supplements. That could be b/c I have IBS C, but I found that taking the fiber supplements just made things worse. I try to get all of the fiber I can out of the food I eat. It has been working really well. I just suggest staying on Heather's diet and also some of the recipes posted on the recipe exchange. What Heather says is true, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets your body up to handle the rest of the day.
