The banana is just 'normal' ripe. I eat them like that all the time. I also don't think it would be the amount of bananas, I haven't been eating much more than usual (average is 1 banana a day).

Because I didn't understand why my symptoms suddenly increased, I went back to a few days rice/white bread and bananas. It worked wonders, the next day the pain was gone.
But this morning I tried the banana-ice again (about 2hrs after breakfast) and the stomach pain returned within half an hour..(?)
I also ate chicken and eggwhite today (but that never was a problem before).

It always helps when I put something warm against my belly when I have this pain.
