Would that be the problem?!

I've been eating banana-ice cream (frozen bananas, pureed with ricemilk) for about a week now. Never thought it could be a problem.. I eat bananas and ricemilk every day!
(I'm having bad symptoms for a week, thought it was stress?!)

Does anyone recognise this? That 'ice cold' could be a trigger?
