I've read about breaking the cycle of IBS attacks in Heather's book (in my case it would be for C). I have been eating soluble fiber foods first with some protein such as white meat chicken, turkey, seafood and tofu. I eat a small slice of avocado with lunch and dinner. I'm still having problems with constipation...I just want to be regular! My question is, does anyone think I should not eat the proteins until becoming regular, and just eat SF foods? I don't want to eliminate the proteins because I'm an active person and they help me to not feel hungry constantly but I'm still having problems. I'm also taking Acacia, and drinking teas and water. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
