My wife picked up "Beauty Detox" and it has some really great, well-researched thoughts in it about food pairing, food ordering, etc. It is written to be focussed on "beauty" but really it talks about how to manage foods in terms of digestibility, etc. It all seems highly applicable to IBS. I am going to try adopting some of her concepts ASAP, and while I read the book and decide about the rest. Anybody else try it?
