Peppermit capsules OK for IBS-A?       06/16/11 09:45 AM Edit Reply Quote Marleigh Reged: 01/04/08 Posts: 18 I ordered the peppermint capsules in the throes of an extended bout with IBS-D, but even before I've received them in the mail, I'm back to being constipated. Is there any problem with taking the peppermint capsules when I tend to alternate between the two? I know they relax the gut; I'm just hoping they don't slow digestion.
