I have alot of clearing of the throat that the doctors claim is acid reflux and when I recently had an upper endoscopy and they did biopsies, etc., I was told that I had gastritis and esophagitis as a result of years of acid reflux. They also found a small hialta hernia (where the stomach is pushing into the esophagus). I pretty much have had the clearing of the throat and stomach problems all my life. It's funny that they tell me now I have reflux. I am currently on Dexilant - it's a delayed release medicine for reflux. So, are you saying what might work better for me would be to do just the peppermint oil capsules and the fennel tea instead of the peppermint tea? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
