I've been sticking to white rice, chicken, oatmeal (not instant). i had a couple of beers yesterday which might have something to do with it although i've drank very similar beers without problem in the past. i had some turkey gumbo yesterday as well which should be fine aside from the possible inclusion of onions. thanks for your help, its much appreciated.
